1. Scope and acceptance

These Terms apply to your access to and use of the WMail licensing and license management service (the Service). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms in full.

2. Service description

The Service provides licensing selection, ordering and payment, license issuance and management, downloads, renewals, and support. We may adjust features based on product evolution and will provide notice through the site.

3. Account security

You are responsible for safeguarding account credentials and license keys. Do not transfer, share, or misuse them. Contact us if you detect suspicious activity.

4. Orders and payments

Pricing, license period, and feature scope are displayed on the site. Payments may be processed by third party providers and are subject to their rules. Unpaid orders may be canceled automatically.

5. License usage

Licenses are granted only to the purchasing entity and are non-transferable. You must use the license within the permitted scope, including authorized-domain and deployment limits.

6. Renewal, license adjustments, and refunds

Renewal and license adjustment rules follow the order page and related notices. Digital services take effect upon delivery and refunds may be restricted. Contact support for assistance.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service for illegal, infringing, spam, attack, or disruptive activities. We may take necessary measures to protect security and stability.

8. Service changes and interruption

Maintenance, upgrades, force majeure, or third party issues may cause interruptions. We will make reasonable efforts to notify and restore service, but we are not liable for indirect losses.

9. Intellectual property

All product assets, interfaces, documentation, and related technologies belong to WMail or its licensors and may not be used without permission.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or special damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order.
